We have STT, MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG welding machines, semi-automatic pipe-cutting plant, BSP threading machines and roll grooving from 25NB to 300NB. We also produce drawings from simple layouts/schematics into working fabrication/installation drawings.

One New Change

Replace the existing 5no. chillers and 4no. boilers with 5no. Brand new ASHPs . As this is an active running building, we need to install this in phases. Phase one is to decommission, strip and replace 3no. chillers and 2no. boilers so the building can still be supplied by the remaining plant. We will also strip out the 2no. boiler flues and use the

Mechanical refurbishment of the pipework supplying the Grosvenor Wing at St George’s Hospital. A drain down and strip out all the existing domestic and heating pipework, conduct a survey and meticulously plan a strategy to carry out these works out of hours inline with hospital time constraints.

At Goswell Road, we completed a full toilet core installation across seven levels, along with the installation of a new shower bank in the basement, which included a fully compliant disabled shower room. All new facilities were served by three hot water calorifiers that we installed, with a Daikin Altherma unit acting as the primary heat source for the system.
